User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and ErioAI Private Limited ("ErioAI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the ErioAI platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use ErioAI.
  • Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • ErioAI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@erio.ai if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Permitted Use

The ErioAI platform is licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or organizational development purposes.

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI models.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access ErioAI content.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any ErioAI content, reports, or features without written permission.
  • Upload harmful, illegal, defamatory, or offensive content to the platform.
  • Use ErioAI to impersonate another person or entity.
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (where applicable) via Razorpay.
  • By subscribing, you authorize ErioAI to charge your selected payment method for each renewal period.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • ErioAI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content & Coaching

  • ErioAI's AI coaching is informational and educational in nature — it is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, or professional career counseling.
  • AI-generated recommendations are personalized to your inputs and should be evaluated with your own judgment.
  • ErioAI does not guarantee specific career, social, or professional outcomes from using the platform.
  • Content generated during sessions may be used in anonymized form to improve our AI models.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ErioAI platform — including but not limited to text, AI models, algorithms, coaching modules, UI design, brand assets, and visual media — is the exclusive intellectual property of ErioAI Private Limited and protected under Indian and international copyright law.

User-submitted content (such as your assessment responses or practice session recordings) remains your property; however, you grant ErioAI a non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and use your submissions to deliver Services and improve our platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of ErioAI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using ErioAI, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Termination

  • ErioAI may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Services revokes immediately.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support@erio.ai.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ErioAI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India. ErioAI encourages resolution through mediation before escalating to formal legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
