Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which ErioAI Private Limited processes refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and purchases made on the ErioAI platform. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.

1. Subscription Plans

ErioAI offers the following monthly subscription plans:

  • Basic Plan: ₹99 per month
  • Pro Plan: ₹399 per month
  • Premium Plan: ₹599 per month

Annual plans are also available at a discounted rate. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Free Trial

ErioAI offers a 7-day free trial for all paid plans. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, users who choose to continue will be billed for their selected plan via Razorpay. Users who do not upgrade will automatically remain on the Basic free tier.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or by contacting support@erio.ai.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the cycle ends.
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
  • Cancellations are processed within 24 hours of the request.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Full Refund — Within 7 Days

If you are not satisfied with your ErioAI subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid transaction (excluding free trial conversions). This applies to new subscribers only and is limited to one refund per user per lifetime.

4.2 Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service after the 7-day window.

4.3 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days from the original charge date.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Accounts that were suspended due to violation of our User Agreement or Terms of Service.
  • Enterprise or B2G contracts (governed by separate agreement terms).
  • Add-on purchases, API credits, or one-time session fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email billing@erio.ai with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]"
  • Include your account email, Razorpay Payment ID (found in your email receipt), and the reason for the refund.
  • All eligible refund requests are reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
  • Debit / Credit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1–3 business days.

ErioAI is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

7. Annual Subscription Refunds

  • Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Annual plans cancelled after 30 days will receive a pro-rated refund for unused complete months, minus a 10% processing fee.

8. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but your subscription is not activated, the amount will be automatically refunded via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Please contact billing@erio.ai if you do not receive the refund within that window.

9. Changes to This Policy

ErioAI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect.
